February 14, 2000
02/14/00

Free CTA shuttle buses will replace Blue Line 'L' service for one hour late Monday night between the O'Hare terminal and the Rosemont station while Commonwealth Edison crews install new electrical cable over the Blue Line tracks near Mannheim Road.

Blue Line trains will operate normally east and south from the Rosemont station during the hour-long period when service is disrupted between Rosemont and O'Hare. The service to O'Hare will be affected only between 1 and 2 a.m.

Shuttle buses will stop at O'Hare just outside the first level of the main parking garage across from the Hilton Hotel. Customers at Rosemont will board the buses at the street-level entrance to the station. Customer Assistants will help direct customers to the buses at both locations.

Regular fares will be paid only when entering the 'L' station at Rosemont.
