CTA Wellness is committed to supporting employees and their families as they strive to improve their overall well-being. Live Well Work Well, CTA’s wellness program is designed to enhance the quality of life for CTA employees and make it easy for them to take charge of their well-being through programs and resources that promote healthy lifestyles and reduce the risk of chronic conditions. Our wellness programs provide a range of educational tools and resources to help employees and their families sustain healthy lifestyles.

The mission of CTA’s Wellness Program is to guide Chicago Transit Authority employees in improving and sustaining a healthy lifestyle through education, tools, and resources.
