Live Well Work Well, CTA’s wellness program is designed to enhance the quality of life for CTA employees and make it easy for them to take charge of their well-being through programs and resources that promote healthy lifestyles and reduce the risk of chronic conditions. Our wellness programs provide a range of educational tools and resources to help employees and their families sustain healthy lifestyles.
