The Red Line’s Thorndale, Berwyn and Lawrence stations will be temporarily closed from 1 a.m. Saturday, October 4 until 4 a.m. Monday, October 6 in preparation of station renovations.
Customers who normally board or exit at Thorndale can use the nearby Bryn Mawr or Granville stations.
Customers who normally board or exit at Berwyn can use the adjacent Argyle or Bryn Mawr stations.
Customers who normally board or exit at the Lawrence station can use the nearby Wilson or Argyle stations. The #151 Sheridan and #36 Broadway bus routes also provide nearby travel options.
The eastbound #92 Foster, northbound #146 Inner Drive/Michigan Express and #81 Lawrence buses will undergo temporary reroutes during these hours.
Eastbound #81 Lawrence buses will travel over the regular route to Broadway then will operate via Broadway, Wilson at the Red Line station, Sheridan then return to Lawrence and resume the regular route. Westbound buses will operate the reverse route.
Eastbound #92 Foster buses will travel over the regular route to Broadway then will operate via Broadway, Bryn Mawr to the Red Line station to Sheridan, Berwyn then return to Foster and resume the regular westbound route.
Northbound #146 buses will travel over the regular route to Broadway then will operate via Broadway, Bryn Mawr to the Red Line station to Sheridan, Berwyn then resume the regular southbound route.
Normal service at Thorndale, Berwyn and Lawrence stations will resume at approximately 4 a.m. on Monday.
