Work planned next week will require that Brown and Red Line trains share the same track at the Belmont and Fullerton stations in the Clark Junction corridor, the busy location where Brown, Red and Purple Line trains converge just north of Belmont on the City's North Side.
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, March 19 and Tuesday, March 20
At Belmont, southbound Brown Line trains will share the same track with southbound Red Line trains. Southbound Brown Line customers will board on the same side of the platform (east) as southbound Red Line customers.
Northbound service is not affected. Normal southbound service will resume at 2 p.m. each day.
1:15 a.m. to 4:45 a.m. on Tuesday, March 20
At Belmont, northbound Red Line trains will operate on southbound Red Line tracks. Northbound Red Line customers will board on the east side of the southbound platform.
During the same hours, southbound Red Line trains will operate on the Brown Line tracks. Southbound Red Line customers will board on the southbound Brown Line platform (west).
Normal Red Line service will resume at 4:45 a.m. Tuesday.
1:15 a.m. to 4:45 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21
At Fullerton and Belmont, northbound Red Line trains will operate on southbound Red Line tracks. Northbound Red Line customers will board on the east side of the southbound platform.
During the same hours, southbound Red Line trains will operate on Brown Line tracks at Belmont and Fullerton. Southbound Red Line customers will board on the southbound Brown Line platform (west).
Normal Red Line service will resume at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday.
7 p.m. Wednesday, March 21 until 4:45 a.m. Thursday, March 22
At Fullerton, northbound Red Line trains will share the same track with northbound Brown and Purple Line trains. Northbound Red Line customers will board on the same side of the platform (east) as northbound Brown and Purple Line customers.
During the same hours, northbound Brown and Purple Line trains will share the same track with northbound Red Line trains at Belmont. Northbound Brown, Purple and Red Line customers will board on the same side of platform (west) as northbound Red Line customers.
Normal service will resume at 4:45 a.m. Thursday.
1:15 a.m. to 4:45 a.m. on Friday, March 23
At Fullerton and Belmont, northbound and southbound Red Line trains will operate on Brown Line tracks. Northbound Red Line customers will board on the northbound Brown Line platform (east).
Southbound Red Line customers will board on the southbound Brown Line platform (west).
Normal Red Line service will resume at 4:45 a.m. Friday.
