CTA Service to U.S. Cellular Field

The Red Line provides direct service to the accessible Sox-35th station, just steps from U.S. Cellular Field. Red Line trains operate between Howard and 95th Street. Free connections can be made from Purple and Yellow Line trains at Howard; and from all elevated lines serving the Loop or from Brown Line trains at Belmont and Fullerton.

In addition to the Red Line, the Green Line also provides a convenient travel option. The accessible Green Line station at 35th-Bronzeville-IIT is a few blocks east of the park. Fans can walk to the ballpark or transfer to #35 35th buses, which stop at the park. Green Line trains operate on the South Side from 63rd/Ashland and East 63rd/Cottage Grove, and Lake and Harlem in Oak Park. Orange Line customers can reach the ballpark via the 35th/Archer station with a transfer to the #35 35th or the #39 Pershing buses.

The #35 35th buses stop at 35th Street stations on the Green, Orange and Red Lines. The #39 diverts to the 35th Red Line Station and 35th/Archer Orange Line Station and operates until 10 pm on weekdays.

CTA Service to Wrigley Field

The Red Line provides direct service to Wrigley Field via the accessible station at Addison, which is just a short walk from the ballpark. Fans can transfer to Red Line trains from all other rail lines and from most east-west bus routes.

Several CTA bus routes also provide convenient service directly to Wrigley Field:

  • #8 Halsted buses operate north on Halsted from 79th Street to Broadway/Waveland;
