CTA will put spring into everyone's step by providing extra service to Navy Pier for the annual Chicago Flower and Garden Show Saturday, March 11, through Sunday, March 19. Buses on the #29 State, #56 Milwaukee, #65 Grand and #66 Chicago routes serve Navy Pier throughout the week, and on both weekends of the show, CTA will run its #121 Navy Pier Express buses that operate to the Pier directly from Union Station and the Ogilvie Transportation Center (North Western Station).

Chicago Flower and Garden Show hours are from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. weekdays and Saturdays. Sunday hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

On both weekends of the show, fully accessible #121 Navy Pier Express buses will start their trips from Union Station northbound on Canal at Adams. Stops are made for the Ogilvie Center on Canal at Madison and at Washington. The buses then run express to Navy Pier. Return trips from Navy Pier also run express to both stations.

#121 service to the Flower and Garden Show will begin at 9 a.m. Saturdays, and at 10 a.m. on Sundays. The buses will operate every 15 minutes, with the last trip from Navy Pier starting 15 minutes after the show closes. During weekday afternoon rush periods, buses on the #120 NorthWestern/Wacker Express and #121 Union/Wacker Express routes make express trips from Navy Pier to the two respective Metra stations from 3:50 p.m. until about 6:05 p.m.

Daily service to Navy Pier is provided by #29 State buses operating north through the Loop on State Street, and by #56 Milwaukee buses, which go east on Washington to State, stopping for riders from Union Station and Ogilvie Center at Canal. Transfers can be made to #29 buses from L lines at State/Lake, or at Illinois for riders using the Red Line station at Grand. Blue Line riders can change to #56 buses from the Washington station at Dearborn.

Serving Navy Pier from the west are #65 Grand buses, and #66 Chicago buses, which stop on Chicago at Michigan Avenue, directly across from the Water Tower. #29, #56 and #66 buses are fully accessible to persons with disabilities.
