Sewer Work Affects Blue Line Subway Trains Late Friday and SaturdaySewer cleaning in the Dearborn subway will require Blue Line trains to use a single track while serving the LaSalle, Clinton and UIC-Halsted stations from 10 p.m. Friday, November 2, until 6 a.m., Saturday November 3, and during the same hours late Saturday into Sunday morning.

Power Washing Affects Red Line Subway Late FridayPower washing of subway walls in the State Street subway will require Red Line trains to use a single track from 11 p.m. Friday, November 2, until 4 a.m. Saturday, November 3, while serving stations at Grand, Chicago and Clark/Division.

Helicopter Lifts Will Affect Some Downtown Buses Briefly Sunday MorningNine CTA bus routes will be affected briefly Sunday morning, November 4, while helicopters lift equipment in the downtown area. The work will take place between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. at 174 N. Michigan and at 300 E. Illinois. The routes, which may be delayed or detoured in that area, include #3 King Drive, #4 Cottage Grove, #6 Jeffery Express, #29 State, #56 Milwaukee, #65 Grand, #66 Chicago, #146 Marine/Michigan Express and #151 Sheridan.

Race on Near West Side Affects Two Bus Routes Sunday Morning The ?Gimme Shelter? Race on the Near West Side will affect two bus routes Sunday, November 4, from about 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. in an area bounded by Carpenter, Randolph, Wolcott and Jackson. The affected routes are the #20 Madison and #126 Jackson.

Bridge Work Closes Addison at Avondale at Night November 4 - 9Demolition of a railroad bridge over Addison at Avondale will detour #152 Addison buses off Addison via Pulaski, Irving Park, Elston and Kimball to Addison in both directions. The work will start at 8 p.m., Sunday, November 4, and will continue nightly from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. through Friday, November 9.
