Three Chicago Transit Authority bus routes will provide service to the 2006 Chicago Auto Show at McCormick Place South from Friday, February 10 through Sunday, February 19 during all hours the show is open. Service to McCormick Place will begin approximately one hour before the show opens and operate until one hour after the show ends each day.
Buses will operate to McCormick Place directly from Metra stations west of the Loop, from downtown, from North Michigan Avenue, and from the South and West Sides. Customers can connect to these buses from other bus routes and from all 'L' and subway lines serving downtown.

Lafayette Closes for Sewer Work Next Week
Lafayette will close at 92nd for sewer work from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day from Wednesday, February 15 until Friday, February 17.
Southbound #29 State buses will operate via Lafayette to 92nd, Wentworth, 93rd, back to Lafayette, then resume the regular route. Northbound service is not affected.
63rd Street Closure Extended Through March 31
The closure of 63rd Street is extended through March 31 in both directions at Halsted for construction work. #63 63rd buses continue to operate via 63rd, Halsted Parkway to Morgan, back to 63rd, to resume the regular route.
Red Line - Dan Ryan Branch Rehabilitation:
CTA is working to replace track, power and signal systems and upgrade stations along the branch. When the work is completed, customers will experience more reliable service and modern station amenities.
Single Track in Effect Beginning Friday
Single track service will be in effect between 63rd and Garfield from 10 p.m.Friday, February 10 until 8 a.m. Saturday, February 11 and again from 10 p.m. Saturday, February 11 until noon Sunday, February 12.
Customers should allow extra travel time.
