43rd Street Closed for Metra Viaduct Construction until SaturdayAn ongoing Metra viaduct replacement project has closed 43rd Street between State and LaSalle until 5 p.m. Saturday, December 20. #43 43rd buses are operating eastbound via Wentworth, 47th, State, back to 43rd then resume the regular route. Westbound buses are operating via State, 47th, LaSalle, Root, Wentworth, back to 43rd then resume the regular route.

51st Street Closed for Metra Viaduct Construction until Wednesday51st Street is closed between State and LaSalle until 5 p.m. Wednesday, December 24 for reconstruction of a Metra viaduct. Northbound #15 Jeffery Local buses are operating via State to the 47th Street Red Line station. Southbound buses will leave the station and travel to 51st and Wentworth where they will operate via 55th, State, back to 51st then resume the regular route.

Later Bus Service on Cicero to Accommodate Expanded Hours at Ford City#54B South Cicero buses will operate later on Saturday night, December 20 and Sunday night, December 21, until 12:05 a.m. from the Ford City Shopping Center to accommodate extended shopping hours at the mall.

Division Bridge over the Chicago River Closes for Repairs on MondayThe Division Street bridge over the Chicago River North Branch Canal at 829 West Division will be closed for emergency repairs from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday, December 22 and Tuesday, December 23. #70 Division buses will operate in both directions via Elston, Milwaukee, Chicago, Halsted, back to Division then resume the regular route.
