California Closed for Sewer InstallationCalifornia is closed at Walton through Wednesday, December 22. #52 Kedzie/California buses are operating in both directions via California, Chicago, Western, Division, back to California, then resuming the regular route.
Racine Closed for Water Main Work Racine is closed southbound at Arthington through Friday, December 31. Southbound #60 Blue Island buses are operating via Harrison, Loomis, Taylor, back to Racine, then resuming the regular route. Northbound service is not affected.
Wentworth Closed for Sewer Work through JanuaryWentworth is closed between 59th and 57th Streets until January 31, 2005.#24 Wentworth and #59 59th/61st buses are operating in both directions via Wentworth, 59th Street entrance ramp to the Dan Ryan Expressway, 55th Street exit ramp from the Dan Ryan Expressway, back to Wentworth, then resuming the regular route.
Helicopter Lift Closes Clark and Randolph Saturday MorningA helicopter lift at 118 North Clark will close Clark between Lake and Washington, and Randolph between LaSalle and Dearborn from 7 a.m. until11 a.m. Saturday, December 18. Southbound #22 Clark buses will operate via Clark, Wacker, LaSalle, Washington, back to Clark, then resume the regular route. Northbound service will not be affected.
Additional Service Provided for Bears Game on SundayAdditional service will be provided on the #12 Roosevelt and #146 Inner Drive/Michigan Express bus routes for the Bears game against the Houston Texans at noon on Sunday. Additional service will begin at 9:30 a.m. and continue until one hour after the game ends or as crowds warrant.
CTA's #128 Soldier Field Express route also will operate between the Ogilvie Transportation Center, Union Station and Soldier Field beginning at 10:25 a.m. and continue until 1 ? hours after the game ends.
