Basketball fans will have plenty to cheer about when the Chicago Bulls play their first home game of the NBA season at 7:30 p.m. Friday, November 1 against the New Orleans Hornets in the United Center. The CTA will field its winning team of #19 United Center Express buses to make sure every fan can reach courtside for the action without having to drive, fight traffic, and search and pay for parking.

CTA will operate its #19 United Center Express buses to the United Center for all Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks hockey games throughout the season. The service begins about two hours before game time from a starting point southbound on Michigan at Chicago Avenue. Buses run every 12 minutes and continue until half an hour before the start of the action.

Operating south on Michigan from Chicago, #19 buses stop at Illinois and Randolph before turning west on Madison. Stops are made on Madison at Wabash, State and Wells for customers transferring from 'L' and subway trains, and at Clinton for Metra riders connecting from trains serving the Ogilvie Transportation Center and Union Station. From Clinton, #19 buses run express to the United Center.

After each game, #19 buses await customers on the north side of the United Center eastbound on Madison near Gate 3. Return trips are via Madison, Green, Washington and Michigan to Chicago. From Halsted, #19 buses make all stops east on Washington to Michigan and north on Michigan to Chicago.
