47th Street Back of the Yards Fiesta
The Back of the Yards Fiesta will close 47th Street between Ashland and Damen from 5 a.m. Saturday, June 10, until 2 a.m. Monday, June 12. #47 47th buses will be detoured off 47th via Damen, 51st and Ashland back to 47th in both directions.
35th Annual Andersonville Midsommarfest
Clark will be closed between Foster (5200 North) and Rascher (5432 North) for the annual Andersonville Swedish Festival from 6 a.m. Saturday, June 10, through midnight Sunday, June 11. #22 Clark buses will be detoured off Clark in both directions via Bryn Mawr, Ashland and Foster back to Clark.
Reconstruction of Metra overpass at Addison/Lawndale
Addison will be closed at Lawndale (3700 West) for reconstruction of Metra's Union Pacific Northwest Line overpass from 7 a.m. Saturday, June 10, until 5 p.m. Sunday, June 11. CTA's #152 Addison buses will be detoured off Addison in both directions via Pulaski, Irving Park, Elston and Kimball back to Addison. Customers connecting to the Blue Line can transfer from #152 buses at the Irving Park station, using the Pulaski entrance.
Prayer Vigil in Garfield Park
Jackson Boulevard will be closed between Central Park and Hamlin from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 10, for a prayer vigil sponsored by Alderman Ed Smith (28th Ward). #126 Jackson buses will be detoured off Jackson in both directions via Hamlin, Madison and Central Park back to Jackson.
