The following scheduled construction projects or special events will affect CTA service over the weekend of April 22-23, 2000:
Construction on Archer between Halsted and Throop
11 p.m. Friday, April 21, through 5 a.m. Monday, April 24
Loopbound #62 Archer buses will be detoured off Archer at Throop, operating via Throop, 31st, and Halsted back to Archer. Outbound buses will make the same detour in reverse.
Earth Day Events on Cannon Drive between Fullerton and Diversey
6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, April 22
#77 Belmont buses will not operate to the terminal at the Chicago Academy of Sciences? Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, 2430 N. Cannon, but will end their trips on Diversey just east of Sheridan. Service closer to the museum will be provided by #151 Sheridan buses, which stop on Stockton Drive at Fullerton.
