Lights Festival on Michigan Avenue Saturday Detours 7 Bus Lines Seven bus lines that operate on Michigan Avenue north of the Chicago River will be detoured to State Street during the Magnificent Mile Lights Festival Saturday, November 18, from about 5:15 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. The festival motorcade will proceed south on Michigan from Oak to Wacker. The affected bus lines include the #3 King Drive, #10 Museum of Science & Industry, #19 United Center Express, #145 Wilson/Michigan Express, #146 Marine/Michigan Express, #147 Outer Drive Express, and #151 Sheridan. #145, #146, #147 and #151 buses will be detoured at LaSalle Drive to serve the downtown area via Clark, Division and State in both directions.
