The following scheduled construction projects will affect CTA service over the weekend of April 15-16, 2000:
Archer Avenue between Halsted and Throop
11 p.m. Friday, April 14, through 5 a.m. Monday, April 17
11 p.m. Friday, April 21, through 5 a.m. Monday, April 24
Loopbound #62 Archer buses will be detoured off Archer at Throop, operating via Throop, 31st, and Halsted back to Archer. Outbound buses will make the same detour in reverse.
Grand Avenue between Rush and Michigan
6 a.m. Saturday, April 15, until 6 a.m. Monday, April 17
#29 State and #65 Grand buses detoured off Grand westbound onto Fairbanks, then north to Ontario, west to State, and south back to the regular route.
UIC-Halsted Blue Line Station Exit at Morgan
9 a.m. Monday, April 17, through June
Exit at Morgan will be closed while a new accessible street-level entrance is built and the ramp to the platform is reconfigured for ADA accessibility. While the Morgan exit is closed, customers can use entrances/exits at Halsted and Peoria.
