Information specialists to alert customers to pending changes to 14 bus routes
Next week, the CTA will deploy information specialists to several locations in the downtown area to alert riders about upcoming service changes that will affect 14 bus routes once the second stage of the Wacker Drive construction project begins.
To inform and prepare customers to these changes in service, CTA information specialists will be available at the following locations during the morning rush, mid-day and evening rush periods on Tuesday, June 28; Thursday, June 30; Tuesday, July 5 and Wednesday, July 6:
