Job seekers interested in careers in government, private sector entities in transportation, healthcare, and more can connect with potential employers at Citywide Career Fair
Following the successful Citywide Career Fairs held in the spring and fall of 2024, the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) is once again collaborating with local and state government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private sector leaders to host the Spring 2025 Citywide Career Fair. This event will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Olive-Harvey College on Chicago’s South Side.
More than 90 resource agencies and employers from diverse industries - such as transportation, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, security, retail, education, and government - will be present to meet prospective employees and discuss available job opportunities.
Participating organizations include the Office of the City Clerk Anna M. Valencia, City Colleges of Chicago (CCC), Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership, Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA), Skills for Chicagoland’s Future, Illinois Tollway, Pace Suburban Bus, and Chicago Police Department, among many others. Together, these organizations represent hundreds of job opportunities across the city, with several employers already committed to conducting on-site interviews and making real-time offers.
Job seekers are strongly encouraged to apply for positions ahead of time to increase their chances of securing an interview or offer during the event.

"These career fairs are another way that CTA invests in the people and communities we serve, and we are committed to helping to build a stronger, more diverse and highly skilled workforce across various industries and employers throughout the Chicago region.”
