Upcoming events in communities will enable riders to speak directly with CTA leaders and provide valuable insight as the Agency plans for the future
The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) will hold a series of “CTA Chats” pop-up events at rail stations and bus terminals throughout the summer, as part of the agency’s effort to collect rider feedback that will be used by the Agency to plan for the upcoming budget, as well as help prioritize future investments and strategies.
“Engaging with our riders provides invaluable insights into how transit currently serves their daily lives and supports their communities, while also allowing riders to provide us feedback on the improvements they would like to see,” said CTA Acting President Nora Leerhsen. “We are in a unique time for transit in our region, and it important that decisions we are making and projects and programs we are prioritizing are grounded in our riders’ priorities and vision for the future.”
At these pop-up events, CTA leaders will be available to hear directly from riders and answer questions. Riders will also have an opportunity to share their perspectives through an interactive activity.
CTA riders are invited to stop by “CTA Chats” pop-up events at the following locations and times, which are subject to change:
