CTA staff will continue meeting riders face-to-face at stations across the system to listen, engage and inform
Building on strong turnout and meaningful rider feedback at previous events, the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) is excited to launch another round of “CTA Chats” community pop-up meetings to run through the end of July.
CTA Chats events are designed to connect CTA leadership and staff directly to riders across the system in open, informal conversations about service, safety, improvements and rider priorities.
“’CTA Chats’ is among our most important new initiatives because we meet our riders in their communities and invite them to partner with us as we envision CTA’s future,” said Acting President Nora Leerhsen. “The first round of these interactive events throughout June was very successful and we’re excited to continue the momentum by connecting with even more riders this summer.”
Riders are once again invited to stop by a “CTA Chats” pop-up event at the following locations and times to share ideas and concerns:
