The Chicago Transit Authority is rerouting 11 bus routes due to falling debris from a building at 300 S. State Street. Due to the closure of State Street between Adams and Congress and the closure of Jackson between Dearborn and State, the following bus routes will be detoured:
Northbound & Southbound on State Street

Northbound buses will be detoured via Congress, Dearborn, Monroe and State.Southbound buses will be detoured via Adams, Clark, Congress and State.
Eastbound on Jackson Boulevard
#1 Indiana/Hyde Park Express#7 Harrison#60 Blue Island/26th#126 Jackson#151 Sheridan
Eastbound buses will be detoured via Dearborn, Monroe, and Michigan.The eastbound #151 Sheridan will be detoured via Dearborn, Monroe and State.
