CTA BUS AND RAIL SERVICE FOR THE ALL-STAR GAME AND ACCOMPANYING ACTIVITIES JULY 13 - 15

The Chicago Transit Authority will provide additional service for the All-Star Game at U.S. Cellular Field on Tuesday, July 15. The game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.

Bus Service
Extra buses will operate on the #35 35th route. #35 buses run on 35th Street between Kedzie and Cottage Grove until 1:25 a.m.

The #35 buses also connect with accessible stations on both the Green and Orange Lines.

#29 State buses provide another option, stopping at 35th and State Streets, just a three-block walk to U.S. Cellular Field.

Rail Service
In addition to the extra bus service, customers can get to U.S. Cellular Field by taking the Red Line to Sox-35th Station. From State Street subway stations to Sox-35th takes only about 10 to 12 minutes, and from the 95th Street station, the trip is approximately 18 minutes. Red Line trains will operate with eight cars.

Extra All-Star Activities
CTA also will provide extra buses on the #35 route and eight-car Red Line trains for activities at U.S. Cellular Field the two days prior to the game. On Sunday, July 13, Yellow Line service will be available from approximately 10 a.m. to midnight. Yellow Line trains connect with Red Line trains at Howard for service to U.S. Cellular Field.

- The All-Star Futures game will take place on Sunday, July 13 at 4:30 p.m.

- The Home Run Derby will take place on Monday, July 14 at 7 p.m.
