Construction to Reroute 13 Downtown Bus Routes Beginning the Week of January 3
Next week the CTA will have information specialists out to provide information to riders about upcoming reroutes due to construction along Wacker Drive in January. To alert customers to these changes in service, CTA information specialists will be available at the following locations during the morning rush, mid-day and evening rush periods beginning Monday, December 13 through Thursday, December 16, and then again on Wednesday, December 29:

- Canal between Randolph and Washington

- Lower Wacker Drive/Lower Michigan
|
|
|
- Upper Wacker Drive/Orleans
|
|
|
- Upper Wacker Drive/Randolph
|
- Clark between Madison and Monroe
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
Work is scheduled to begin the week of January 3, resulting in partial street closures and eventually the closure of Wacker Drive between Randolph and Washington until May 2011. These closures will affect routing and/or bus stop locations along the following 13 bus routes:
