Buses Rerouted for Annual Printers Row Book Fair

Several CTA bus routes will be rerouted this weekend due to street closures for the annual Printers Row Book Fair. Effective today until 5 a.m. Monday, June 9, Dearborn Street will be closed between Polk Street and Congress Parkway, and Polk Street will be closed between Clark Street and State Street.

Southbound #22 Clark buses will operate over the regular route along Clark to Congress then travel via Congress, Dearborn, Van Buren and then resume the regular route northbound.

Northbound #24 Wentworth buses will operate over the regular route along Clark to Roosevelt then travel via Roosevelt, State, Congress, Dearborn and then resume the regular route.

Southbound #36 Broadway buses will operate over the regular route along State to Congress then travel via Congress, Dearborn, Van Buren and then resume the regular route northbound.

Northbound #62 Archer buses will operate over the regular route along State to Congress then travel via Congress to Dearborn and then resume the regular route.

Northbound #129 West Loop/South Loop buses will operate over the regular route along State to Polk then travel via State, Congress, Dearborn and then resume the regular route.

Southbound #129 West Loop/South Loop buses will operate over the regular route along Clark to Congress then travel via Congress, State, Polk and then resume the regular route southbound.

All buses impacted by street closures will resume their regular routes in time for the morning rush period on Monday, June 9.
