Belmont Avenue and Diversey Parkway will be temporarily closed at the Brown Line stations beginning Wednesday night, April 9 due to construction work as part of the Brown Line capacity expansion project.
From 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 9 until 6 a.m. Thursday, April 10, #76 Diversey buses will operate in both directions via Diversey, Sheffield, Fullerton, Halsted then return to Diversey and resume the regular route.
From 9 p.m. each night until 5 a.m. the following morning beginning Wednesday, April 9 through Saturday morning, April 12, #77 Belmont buses will operate in both directions via Belmont, Sheffield, Addison, Halsted then return to Belmont and resume the regular route.
Customers are advised to allow extra travel time.
