From 9 p.m. on Friday, October 19 until 6 a.m. Monday, October 22, State Street will be closed between Madison and Randolph and Washington will be closed between Dearborn and State for construction work.
Fourteen CTA bus routes will be rerouted to adjacent streets. Rerouting these bus routes away from construction activity will improve the reliability of CTA bus service in the area and create a more predictable flow of traffic for the duration of this phase of the project. The routes subject to temporary reroutes are:
