On Thursday, May 27 from 6:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m., several downtown streets will be closed for the annual J.P. Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge. As a result, 17 routes in the vicinity of the race will be detoured to adjacent streets while other buses operating in the downtown/Loop area may experience delays. The race begins at 7:10 p.m.
The course route will close: Michigan Avenue between Congress and Roosevelt; Congress Plaza; Columbus Drive between Wacker and Roosevelt; Lower Randolph between Columbus and Lake Shore Drive; and Wacker Drive between Lake Shore Drive and Columbus.

CTA is advising customers to allow extra travel time. To speed travel, customers are encouraged to buy farecards in advance with sufficient value or to add enough value to their existing farecards (either the Chicago Card or magnetic strip farecard) for their return trips later in the day.
