- To approve an ordinance authorizing the issuance of bonds to refund all of the Public Building Commission of Chicago, Building Revenue Bonds, Series 2003 (Chicago Transit Authority) and to authorize an amendment to the Public Building Commission Lease, the PBC Resolution, a Bond Purchase Agreement, the Escrow Agreement, and documents related to the foregoing
- To approve an ordinance authorizing the execution and delivery of a First Supplemental Indenture under which the Chicago Transit Authority may issue obligations secured by the Pledge of 49 U.S.C. Section 5307 Urbanized Area Formula Funds, authorizing the issuance and sale of not to exceed $275,000,000 Capital Grant Receipts Revenue Bonds (Federal Transit Administration Section 5307 Formula Funds) of the Chicago Transit Authority under said First Supplemental Indenture, and making of other provisions with respect to said bonds
