   1. To approve a resolution supporting the Federal Economic Stimulus Package which provides funding for Chicago Transit Authority’s infrastructure projects

   1. To approve an ordinance authorizing a 180-day experiment testing express and local service mix on Western Avenue, Garfield Boulevard, and Irving Park Road
       
8. COMMITTEE ON FINANCE, AUDIT AND BUDGET REPORT
    
   1. To approve an ordinance authorizing a First Amendment of Antenna Site License Agreement for the operation of CTA communications equipment located at 1603 Orrington Avenue Building, 1603 Orrington Avenue, Evanston, Illinois
       
   2. To approve an ordinance authorizing the adoption of a governmental excess benefit arrangement pursuant to the provisions of Section 415(m) of the Internal Revenue Code and an adjustment of the limit pursuant to Section 415(d) of said code, and the reimbursement to the supplemental plan by the Authority to the extent of any retirement benefits heretofore paid which were in excess of the limitation imposed by Section 4.15(b)(1)(A) of the code, and thereby amending the Chicago Transit Authority Supplemental Retirement Plan to effectuate said governmental excess arrangement and the adjustment
