Hop Aboard CTA - A Great Way to Get to the Airport and Across Town This Thanksgiving Weekend

November 26, 2025

While many streets and roads will be filled with traffic, CTA’s trains and buses are the best and most affordable ways to travel this busy holiday weekend to see the Thanksgiving Day parade in the Loop and other festivities across Chicagoland

Let CTA take you to all your holiday activities around town. Customers can save money by purchasing an unlimited rides pass, either the 1-Day ($5) – far more economical and convenient than the price of gas and parking - or the 3-Day ($15) pass – a real budget-saving move.
