CTA UPDATE: 2:27 P.M. - Westbound CTA Downtown Bus Routes Return to Regular Routes May 20, 2007 May 20, 2007 Staff 05/20/07CTA bus routes #14 Jeffery Express, #20 Madison, #56 Milwaukee and #60 Blue Island which were rerouted due to a crane accident downtown have returned to their regular routing westbound only.
