This morning, Friday, June 15, a signing ceremony was scheduled between CTA President Frank Kruesi, ATU Local 308 President Jerry Williams and ATU Local 241 President Wanda Black. All parties agreed to meet to sign a new collective bargaining agreement.
The ceremony took place in the CTA Board Room. At approximately 9:00 a.m. Presidents Kruesi and Williams signed the agreement. President Black did not.
