The #86 Narragansett/Ridgeland and the #11 Lincoln/Sedgwick will undergo reroutes beginning this week due to construction projects.
The City of Oak Park is conducting street renovations that will result in the closing of South Boulevard between Austin and Harvey avenues. #86 Narragansett/Ridgeland buses will be temporarily rerouted beginning Wednesday, June 27 and reroutes will remain in effect for the next three to four weeks.
During the closure, #86 buses will operate via Ridgeland, Lake, Austin, Washington, then resume the regular route. CTA customers can board #86 buses at the existing Pace bus stop on Ridgeland.
Beginning at 7 a.m. Thursday, June 28 until 5 p.m. on Friday, June 29, Sedgwick will be closed between Division and North Avenue due to Brown Line construction. #11 Lincoln/Sedgwick buses will operate via Sedgwick, North Avenue, Wells, Division then resume the regular route.
