NOTICE OF COMMITTEE MEETING

February 7, 2008

TO THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE TRANSIT BOARD:

A meeting of the Committee on Finance, Audit and Budget has been called by the Chairman, Mr. Alejandro Silva, and will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. at the offices of the Chicago Transit Authority, 567 West Lake Street, Second Floor, Boardroom, Chicago, Illinois, for the purpose of considering:

- Purchase and/or sales award recommendations

- General Finance matters

- General Legal matters

- Real Estate matters

- CTA related policy matters

- Matters relating to the Authority's capital construction projects

and to transact any other business that may properly come before the Committee at that time.
