'L' Work Closes State at Lake Saturday Night and SundayMaintenance work on the 'L' structure will close State at Lake from 6:30 p.m. Saturday, November 16 until 10 p.m. Sunday, November 17. #29 State buses will be detoured off State northbound via Randolph, Dearborn and Wacker to State. #145 Wilson/Michigan Express and #146 Marine/Michigan Express buses will operate northbound via State and Washington instead of Lake to Michigan. Southbound #29 State, #36 Broadway, and #62 Archer buses will be detoured off State via Wacker, Clark and Monroe to State. 'L' service will not be affected.
Track Work Affects Blue Line Forest Park Branch Over the WeekendTrack work at Loomis will require Blue Line trains to use a single track while serving the Racine and Medical Center stations from 8 p.m. Saturday, November 16 until 2:30 a.m. Monday, November 18.
Washington Closed at Dearborn for Crane Operation Overnight SaturdayCrane operation will close Washington between Dearborn and State from 8 p.m. Saturday, November 16 until 10 a.m. Sunday, November 17. Eastbound #20 Madison and #56 Milwaukee buses will be detoured off Washington via Clark, Monroe and State back to Washington.
Damen Closed North of Webster for Midday Viaduct Work November 18 - 22 Construction at the Metra viaduct north of Webster will close Damen from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily from Monday, November 18 through Friday, November 22. #50 Damen buses will be detoured off Damen in both directions via Armitage, Western, Logan and Diversey to Damen.
