CTA Provides Extra Service to Grant Park Music Festival ConcertsExtra buses on three routes will serve music lovers attending the annual Grant Park Music Festival June 14 through September 8.

North Center Fest Closes Lincoln North of Irving Park June 14 - 17Lincoln Avenue will be closed between Irving Park and Belle Plaine for the North Center Fest from noon Friday, June 14, through noon Monday, June 17. During this period, #11 Lincoln buses will be detoured off Lincoln in both directions via Damen and Montrose back to Lincoln.

Construction Closes Pulaski at Cermak Saturday through Early Monday Pulaski will be closed for construction just north of Cermak from early Saturday, June 15, until 5 a.m. Monday, June 17. #53 Pulaski buses will be detoured via Cermak, Kostner and 16th to Pulaski in both directions.

Juneteenth Celebration Closes 79th East of Stony Island at Midday SaturdayThe Juneteenth Celebration will close 79th Street from Stony Island to the lakefront Saturday, June 15, between 10 a.m. and noon. #79 79th buses will be detoured in both directions via Stony Island, 75th and South Shore to 79th.

Sewer Work Affects Red Line Subway Overnight Saturday, June 15 Overnight sewer cleaning in the State Street subway will require all Red Line trains to use the northbound track between Lake and Roosevelt from 10 p.m. Saturday, June 15, until 6 a.m. Sunday, June 16. During this period, trains will operate every 15 minutes in both directions while serving stations at Lake, Washington, Monroe, Jackson, Harrison and Roosevelt.

#22 Clark Buses Resume Service Across Wacker Sunday, June 16Clark Street will be reopened to traffic at Wacker Drive this weekend, allowing #22 Clark buses to resume their regular routing south on Clark across the Chicago River on Sunday, June 16. Since early January, #22 buses have been detoured to LaSalle between Kinzie and Lake.
