Buses Rerouted for Annual Printers Row Lit Fest

Several CTA bus routes will be rerouted this weekend due to street closures for the annual Printers Row Lit Fest. Dearborn Street will be closed between Polk Street and Congress Parkway, and Polk Street will be closed between Clark Street and State Street from 10 a.m. Friday, June 5 until 11 p.m. Sunday, June 7.

Southbound #22 Clark buses will operate over the regular route along Clark to Congress then will travel via Congress, Dearborn, Van Buren for the end of the route and then begin the regular route northbound. Northbound service will not be affected and will travel the regular route.

Northbound #24 Wentworth buses will operate over the regular route along Clark to Roosevelt then will travel via Roosevelt, State, Congress, Dearborn and then resume the regular route. Southbound #24 buses will operate over the regular route along Clark to Congress and then will travel via Congress, State, Roosevelt, Clark and then resume the regular route.

Southbound #36 Broadway buses will operate over the regular route along State to Congress then travel via Congress, Dearborn, Van Buren for the end of the route and then begin the regular route northbound.

Northbound #62 Archer buses will operate over the regular route along State to Congress then travel via Congress to Dearborn and then resume the regular route. Southbound service will not be affected and will travel the regular route.

Southbound #129 West Loop/South Loop (PM-only) buses will operate over the regular route along Clark to Congress then will travel via Congress, State, Polk, Clark and then resume the regular route.
