To approve an ordinance authorizing the settlement of non-residential relocation claims of DePaul University, located at 935 West Fullerton Avenue, and 940 West Belden Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, and a commercial business owner at 4647 North Damen Avenue, Chicago, Illinois located adjacent to the Brown Line rapid transit line as required for the Brown Line Capacity Expansion
