- Review of an ordinance approving the fiscal year 2009 Capital Improvement Program and authorizing the filing and execution of grant and cooperative agreements and amendments, and related materials
- Review of an ordinance adopting a budget for calendar year 2009 and a financial plan for calendar years 2010- 2011
- Review of an ordinance approving the implementation of the proposed 2009 fare changes
