    3. To approve an ordinance authorizing the Intergovernmental Agreement for the maintenance of the improvements to the Jefferson Park Transit Center between the Chicago Transit Authority and the City of Chicago
    4. To approve an ordinance authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Chicago and the Chicago Transit Authority for the Western Avenue Transit Signal Priority Demonstration Program
    5. To approve an ordinance authorizing the assignment of certain ownership interests in Caza One LLC, a tenant at 567 West Lake Street
    6. To approve an ordinance authorizing the settlement of non-residential relocation claim of a commercial business owner at 3206 North Wilton Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, located adjacent to the Brown Line rapid transit line as required for the Brown Line Capacity Expansion Project
    7. To approve an ordinance authorizing the execution and delivery of a master trust indenture, a first supplemental indenture, and a second supplemental indenture under which the Chicago Transit Authority may issue limited obligations, authorizing the issuance and sale of not to exceed $1,348,550,000 sales and transfer tax receipts revenue bonds, taxable Series 2008A (Pension Funding), and not to exceed $639,680,000 sales and transfer tax receipts revenue bonds, taxable Series 2008B (Retiree Health Care Funding), of the Authority, providing the security for the repayment of said bonds and making of other provisions with respect of said bonds
    8. To approve an ordinance authorizing the execution and delivery of a settlement agreement, and second amendment to the Mills/CTA Development Agreement dated October 15, 2005, between the Chicago Transit Authority and 108 North State Street II, LLC
    9. To approve an ordinance authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Chicago and CTA for tax increment financing funds
    10. To approve purchase and/or sales award recommendations (Items numbered 1-46)
