Trains rerouted downtown: Stations along Lake and Wabash closed
Orange, Green, Pink and Brown line trains will be rerouted downtown for work on building a new State/Lake station.
Orange and Brown Lines: Trains will operate as one route between Kimball and Midway, via the Wells and Van Buren sides of the Loop, downtown.
Green Line: Trains will operate between Harlem/Lake and 63rd street terminals, but via Wells and Van Buren.
Pink Line: Trains will operate between 54th/Cermak and Clinton, only. For continuing service, transfer at Clinton to a Green Line train toward 63rd.
Loop 'L' and subways: To transfer between the Loop elevated and the subways, transfer at H.W. Library (Loop elevated lines) and Jackson (Blue or Red lines via subway).
Tip: Exit at Washington/Wells and board any bus at the Washington/LaSalle Loop Link station for service to Michigan Avenue, Millennium and Grant parks.
RED LINE

How does this affect my trip?
Board/exit Howard-bound Red Line trains on the Brown Line side of the Howard-and Kimball-bound platform.

Why is service being changed?
We are performing track maintenance to ensure that trains continue to operate safely along the Red Line.

Southbound buses will operate via Milwaukee, Kedzie, and Logan, then resume their normal route on Milwaukee.
Northbound buses are not affected.

Westbound buses will operate via Clark, Oak, and Wells, then resume their normal route on Division.
