The Green Line route provides rapid transit train service between the Harlem/Lake station in Forest Park, IL and Oak Park, IL to the Cottage Grove station on Chicago's South Side, via the north and east sides of the Loop 'L'.
Red Line South Reconstruction Project: Green Line trains usually operate between Harlem/Lake, Ashland/63rd and Cottage Grove, via downtown, but are rerouted at this time. This page reflects current service available on the Green Line.
What's different? The Dan Ryan branch of the Red Line is temporarily closed for five months and Red Line trains are currently serving Ashland/63rd. For service to/from Ashland/63rd, if coming from a Green Line train, change for Red Line trains at Garfield.
