UPDATE: Temporary Closure of Main Entrances to the Logan Square Blue Line Station This Weekend

Nightly closure of entrances also in effect next week
 
The two entrances to the Logan Square Blue Line station located at Kedzie/Milwaukee will be temporarily closed from 6 a.m. Saturday, August 13 until approximately 4 a.m. Monday, August 15, to allow crews to perform station repair work.
 
Station repair work will continue into next week resulting in the late night closure of these entrances from 11 p.m. each night until approximately 3:30 a.m. the following morning beginning Monday night, August 15 through Friday morning, August 19.
 
During these times, customers will be directed to access the Logan Square station through the Spaulding Avenue auxiliary entrance/exit. A shuttle bus will be available to accommodate customers with disabilities traveling to and from the Logan Square station.
 
Alternate Service for Customers with Disabilities
Customers at the Logan Square station who require an elevator to access rail service will need to board the CTA shuttle bus and travel to the accessible Jefferson Park Blue Line station on the O’Hare branch.
 
Blue Line customers traveling to the Logan Square station who require access to an elevator will need to travel to the accessible Jefferson Park station on the O’Hare branch and then board a CTA shuttle bus traveling to the Logan Square station.
 
Customers with disabilities also have the option of boarding a #56 Milwaukee bus which operates between these stations. All buses in CTA’s fleet are accessible.
