Statement from Chicago Transit Board Chairman Carole Brown and CTA President Ron HubermanWe had a very productive day in Springfield and participated in a series of meetings including a session with the Governor and legislative leaders. We are very encouraged by the opportunity to meet with them this week and by their recognition of the value of transit to this region and to the state.
We remain available to answer their questions and provide whatever information they need as they continue their budget discussions.
