If you wish to speak as a member of the public at the hearing, please complete and submit the form below by 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
If you wish to provide comment by phone, please select the dial-in option on the form. Individuals who opt to participate by phone can expect a phone call during the Thursday, November 9, 2023 hearing, at which time they will be connected to the hearing to give their comments.
