Single Track in Effect on Blue Line O'Hare Branch Beginning Thursday
Single track service will be in effect southbound on the Blue Line O'Hare branch between Old Mannheim and River Road from 10 p.m. Thursday, December 1 until 4:30 a.m. Friday, December 2.
Single track service will be in effect southbound in the same location, during the same hours on Sunday, December 4 through Tuesday, December 6.
#19 Express Buses Serve NCAA Basketball Games at United Center Saturday
The Chicago Transit Authority will operate its #19 United Center Express (accessible) buses to the United Center for the NCAA basketball games Saturday, December 3 featuring the University of Illinois and Xavier (men's basketball) at 10:30 a.m., followed by the University of Illinois and St. Louis (women's basketball) at 1 p.m.
#19 buses will begin their trips south on Michigan from Chicago Avenue at 8:35 a.m. Buses will operate every 12 minutes until the last bus leaves Michigan/Chicago at 12:30 p.m.

Holiday Train Brightens Green Line Commute Next Week
The festive CTA Holiday Train will operate on the Green Line between approximately 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 8 through Saturday, December 10. The train will make stops at all stations along the Green Line. For more specific information on dates and times, call 836-7000 (any local area code) or visit the web site at www.transitchicago.com.
Red Line - Dan Ryan Branch Rehabilitation
CTA is working to replace track, power and signal systems and upgrade stations along the branch. When the work is completed, customers will experience more reliable service and modern station amenities.
Late Night Single Track in Effect on Red Line Beginning Thursday
Single track service will be in effect southbound between Garfield and 63rd from 11 p.m. Thursday, December 1 until 4 a.m. Friday, December 2.
Single track service will be in effect northbound between 69th and 63rd from 9 p.m. Friday, December 2 until 8 a.m. Saturday, December 3.
Single track service will be in effect southbound between Garfield and 69th from 8 p.m. Saturday, December 3 until noon Sunday, December 4. Customers should allow extra travel time.
Late Night Single Track in Effect on Red Line Next Week
Single track service will be in effect northbound between 45th and 33rd from 11 p.m. Monday, December 5 until 4 a.m. Tuesday, December 6.
Single track service will be in effect northbound between Garfield and 45th from 11 p.m. Wednesday, December 7 until 4 a.m. Thursday, December 8 and in the same location, Thursday, December 8 from 11 p.m. until 4 a.m., Friday, December 9.
