Section 5307 Urbanized Area Formula Funds and the issuance of not to exceed $100,000,000 Capital Grant Receipts Revenue Bonds (Federal Transit Administration Section 5307 Urbanized Area formula Funds) thereunder, authorizing the execution and delivery of a Master Trust Indenture under which the Authority may issue obligations secured by the Pledge of 49 U.S.C. Section 5309 Fixed Guideway Modernization Formula Funds and authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $150,000.00 Capital Grant Receipts Revenue Bonds (Federal Transit Administration Section 5309 Fixed Guideway Modernization Formula Funds) of the Authority thereunder, and making other provisions with respect to said bonds
