It also provides flexibility allowing employees to structure their available benefits to meet their unique needs and to change the structure annually as their needs change.

2022 Benefit Elections Are On Oracle Self-Service
Your benefits are effective from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022, unless a qualified change in family status occurs. If you enrolled in a new medical or dental plan, you will receive an ID card(s) before January 1. New life insurance, long-term disability and dependent enrollments may be pending - submission and approval of documentation is required.
Reminder: Two CTA employees cannot cover each other on their benefits. Each must carry their own separate coverage. (This applies to ALL CTA benefits).
