Human Resources / Benefit Services

At the Chicago Transit Authority, we offer a very competitive benefits program. The program provides a variety of benefits for an employee’s family, now and in the future. It also provides flexibility allowing employees to structure their available benefits to meet their unique needs and to change the structure annually as their needs change.

Note: The information on this page is intended to serve as a resource for our workforce, their eligible dependents and applicants.

Transparency in Coverage

This link Transparency in Coverage-CTA  leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
