CTA Train Tracker ^SM by Text (beta) allows you to get estimated arrivals from CTA Train Tracker on a wide range of phones and mobile devices.

This service is a public beta (this means it's in testing) and your feedback is both welcome and encouraged. If you experience a problem or have ideas on how the service could be better, please let us know right away. Additionally, we'll be improving the service based on your feedback and also evaluating places where we can post this information at stations, at a later date.

Basic instructions

Text "CTATRAIN [stopcode]" to 41411 for estimated arrivals, where "[stopid]" is the corresponding code below.

If you're not at a computer and want to look up stop codes, simply text "ctatrain [route]" to 41411, where [route] is the line you'd like a list of stop codes for.
