Description:

Furnish a large format color plotter and associated accessories to be used by the Signage & Wayfinding Department to include installation, training and extended warranty, FOB destination, for a period of up to 24 months from date of contract execution.

The bid opening date has been extended from Friday, August 16, 2019, to Friday, August 23, 2019.

Notice of Additional Information was issued Tuesday, August 13, 2019.

Questions regarding this Bid must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m.(CST) Monday, August 5, 2019 via e-mail to: tshelby@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time.

PLEASE NOTE: Where bids are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids.
