Request for Proposals (RFP) for Small Business Enterprise Firm to provide Market Research Services for the CTA’s Red and Purple Modernization Program, RPM Phase One, for a period of up to Three Years with Three One-Year Options.
Addendum No. 1 was issued Wednesday, July 10, 2019; please take this information into account when preparing your proposal.
The bid opening date has been extended from Tuesday, July 16, 2019, to Tuesday, July 23, 2019 with Addendum to Follow.
A Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at 567 W. Lake Street, Chicago, IL 2nd Floor Bid Office. Vendors should RSVP via e-mail to the Procurement Administrator.
Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 3:30 p.m. (CST) Tuesday, June 25, 2019 via e-mail to: svillasenor@transitchicago.com. Vendors must submit their written questions in a Word document. Questions will not be accepted after this time and date.
PLEASE NOTE: When proposals are sent by mail, delivery service or delivered in-person to the CTA Bid Office, the bidders shall be responsible for their delivery only to the Bid Office before the advertised date and hour for the opening of the bids. The Bid Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time, except holidays.
